3.1. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the NM Class website at the time of consultation by the customer. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description, photos, and a size guide.
3.2. Price
Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD) for those who are in Canada or American dollars (USD) for those elsewhere, all taxes included (GST and QST). NM Class reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with products being billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.
3.3. Delivery fees
Shipping fees are indicated before the order is confirmed and vary depending on the chosen delivery method and the destination.
4.1. Order Validation
The order is validated after payment is accepted. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer summarizing the order details.
4.2. Product Availability
Product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the website. In case of unavailability after order confirmation, the customer will be informed and may either be refunded or exchange the product.
4.3. Capacity to Contract

NM Class delivers to Canada, the United States, and several countries in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
6.2. Delivery Times
Delivery times are indicated at the time of order and vary depending on the destination and the chosen delivery method. The times are given for information purposes only and may vary.
6.3. Receipt of the order
The customer is required to check the condition of the order upon receipt. In the event of any issue (missing, damaged product, etc.), the customer must submit their complaints in writing within 48 hours of receipt.
6.4. Transfer of risks
The transfer of risks occurs at the moment the package is handed over to the carrier.
7.1. Withdrawal Period
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 30 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay any penalties.
7.2. Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unworn, unwashed, and with all their tags. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or an error on our part.

The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the return, using the payment method used for the order. The initial shipping costs are not refundable.

All elements of the NM Class site (texts, images, logos, videos, etc.) are protected by copyright and intellectual property. Any reproduction, modification, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
